Q. Do You Design For Blogs Other Than Blogger?
A. Yes, We also design for self-hosted WordPress Blogs.
Q. What themes do you design for in WordPress?
A. We only design using Genesis themes in WordPress.
Q. Do You Offer Items Other Than what Are Listed on Your Site?
A. Just send us an email, and more than likely we will be able to accommodate you. If we’re not sure about the item, I’ll figure it out!
Q. Do I have to Chose a Kit or iStock Image??
A. No, we find that if you are having a hard time deciding on a vision for your design, a kit can wrap it up perfectly. If you prefer not to use one, you don’t have to! iStockphoto has loads of cartoon images that you see all over blogs, but they also have real life images too.
Q. What is iStockphoto?
A. We use images from istockphoto.com for the cartoon images on our headers. Most of the images we use are from the designers chihhang and Girl_illa. The cost for these images are $1.50/credit and they typically run 5-20 credits each. ($7.5 – $30 per iStock image.)
Q. Do You Need The Log-in Information For My Blog?
A. No, we will not need your log-in ID or password to install your design.
Q. Do I Need to Fill out the Questionnaire if I am not Getting a Package?
A. Yes, we need all of the information from the questionnaire for your Design. It makes the process much easier, and faster if all the information is in one tidy, organized, place.
Q. Will Gadgets/Sidebar items Be the Same on My New Design?
A. Yes, The coolest part about Blogger (we think) is that NOTHING is affected by adding a new design. You have the same functionality, but with a whole new Schnazzy look! I ask you to back up your Template just to be on the safe side.
Q. How Long Will My Design take?
A. Once we have received your completed Blog Design Questionnaire and your Payment in full, your name will be added to our design schedule. When we are ready to start your design we will contact you and begin working on your design. Designs generally take anywhere between 2-4 days depending on how thoroughly you’ve completed the questionnaire and your response time to emails we send during the design process.
Q. Can I See My Design Before You Install it?
A. Yes, we work on test blogs, so you are able to visualize your design on a real site. We will send you an invite to the test blog as soon as we have something for you to look at.
