After I have received your completed questionnaire and FULL payment, you will be added to the Design Schedule. The design schedule is a first come, first serve basis.
No refunds will be issued for any reasons.
Once started, it takes approximately 2 to 4 days to complete your blog design. The sooner I receive responses to your emails, the sooner I will be able to complete your design.
Clients may be bumped to the bottom of the waiting list after a period of three days (both business days and weekends) with no contact. If you plan to be away from your computer for any reason, let me know. This is to ensure I stay on schedule with all clients.
Clients may be removed from the design schedule, forfeiting their payment after a period of two weeks with no contact. If you plan to be on vacation, please let me know.
We allow my customers 1 complimentary draft revision, meaning you will have a chance to have your design tweaked before installation. Changes requested after the final draft are subject to charges.
Your contact information is private and will never be shared.
We only work on Minima Templates for Blogger. If you do not have a Minima Template, we will give you one before we install. This may cause a loss of widgets.
We only work with Genesis themes for WordPress. If you do not have a genesis theme, we will give one to you upon installation.
We design for Firefox. Some images may appear different or not appear at all in other browsers.
Most blog designs use digital scrapbook kits or digital images purchased from istockphoto. As per the Terms of Use on the sites they are purchased from, we cannot share these files with you, and they will only be used for your blog. I will invoice you for the cost of the kit and will then purchase the files.
You are allowed to change your mind about kits or istockphotos, but keep in mind that the price of the second kit or image will be added to your invoice.
I can make changes to your blog design prior to installation. Changes after installation will be billed at $25 an hour.
After installation, NO CHANGES are to be made to your design without my permission. Changes made without my approval are subject to a removal of all design elements.
Bloggy Blog Designz reserves the right to include logos/buttons and links in design templates. Removal of any logos or links is considered a violation of terms. You may request a removal of these logos /buttons or links for an additional fee.
Bloggy Blog Designz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason.
Bloggy Blog Designz reserves the right to change policies or terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
