What is Search Engine Optimization?  Search Engine Optimization, more commonly known as SEO, is the process of optimizing your blogto achieve higher rankings in search engines.  This means you pick keywords you want to optimize for, and then you will have a higher chance of your blog being found in the search engines when someone types in those keywords.This can in turn bring a lot of traffic to your blog, in some cases thousands of people a day or more!  Once the adjustments to your page are made, it may take some time for the search engine spider to crawl your blog and to rank it higher.,usually around a few days.  The changes are made to the code of your template, and will be behind-the-scenes,except for the title and description, which will be visible in Google and on your blog.We can either research and pick the keywords for you, based on what your blog theme(s) are, or you can pick the keywords yourself.   The difference between  keywords and keyphrases are the number of words!  For example, a key word would be “family.”  Whereas a keyphrase would be “family fun.” Remember, they need to be words that are relevant to your blog, for example, if you mostly blog about home decor, one of your keyphrases could be “home decor”.  This way, when someone searches for “home decor” in Google for example, your blog may just pop up in the search results!  You may pick up to 10 keywords/ keyphrases.
